Ghost Racing/segmentsRace your historical best on repeated road segments.Detected segments are displayed 12 at a time with shareable page URLs; switching pages or vehicles clears the selected race. Route detection still uses the complete drive history. Renders an empty state when no data is available.
Drive detail/drives/:idRoute, energy, FSD share, cost, session telemetry, and an on-demand road-surface anomaly review for one drive.Open a row from /drives. FSD % needs trip-meter ticks; quantized 1-mile Tesla counters are valid. Road-surface analysis reports insufficient evidence when the necessary samples were not recorded.

Drives overview

The overview keeps metric values aligned within each row and column on wide cards. Comparisons occupy a separate, reserved track even when a metric, such as the grade, has no comparison. Narrow cards stack and wrap their complete labels and values rather than clipping them. Calculations and the selected date range are unchanged.

FSD observatory

Stitched journal and Commute stories use the shared data table controls, with integrated 25/50/100-row pagination and local horizontal scrolling on narrow screens. Journal timestamps follow the user's locale and timezone; drive links, firmware, evidence confidence, and reset notes remain available. Missing reported FSD stays unknown. Estimated counter increases remain marked as approximate, and a counter reset is a break in the stitch, not travelled distance or proof of an exact engagement interval.

Commute stories show one row per route and firmware chapter. Route drives is the route-wide count, while Chapter drives belongs to that firmware chapter; pagination counts chapter rows, not unique routes. A route without chapters remains visible with unknown chapter measurements.

Driving Dynamics

Choose a ride with the trip selector; the URL retains the selection. The selected ride leads with route, timestamps, distance, duration, energy used and recovered, speed, and battery endpoints. Powertrain summary describes measured evidence without provider branding, invented driver scores, or inferred thermal-health claims. Motor statistics and the power/regen, front/rear torque, and RPM charts use that ride's timestamps. The motor history is capped at 200 reported samples, so its averages are not a complete or time-weighted trip assessment. Completed-ride histories do not poll; an open ride continues updating.

Vehicle now retains the live motor, pedal, acceleration G-force, gear, and cruise panels. These are the latest reported vehicle signals, not historical evidence for the selected ride. The speed/gear panel separately labels its date-range speed aggregates. Beyond this ride retains vehicle coaching over the last 30 days and analytics for loaded trips in the selected date range, plus any current drive. Its load comparison uses recorded average power; its recent trip profile plots average power and recorded recovered energy on separate axes. Missing regeneration is unknown, not a fabricated zero-power reading.

Coaching compares completed, positive-energy trips with available recorded speed, power, and ambient temperature; it does not assume a 75 kWh battery from SOC changes. Its score is a relative consumption comparison, and power/speed patterns are heuristics rather than observations of driver technique. Missing braking evidence remains unknown. Incomplete trips remain available in the ride selector and other panels even when they cannot support the coaching model.

Only the redundant Per-drive scores table is omitted from this page; the reusable coaching component retains it for other callers. All other coaching panels, recommendations, charts, exports, and series controls remain available. Units, precision, and date presentation follow the shared display preferences.

Drive detail

Drive detail is a continuous, tab-free report. The overview leads with estimated drive cost, distance, duration, battery change, endpoint odometers, energy, and consumption in seven subtly shaded, responsive metric tiles within one Overview panel. The odometer combines both endpoints in one reading; performance comparisons remain secondary, unframed readings below the tiles. Cost uses the configured rate rather than a charging invoice. If Settings has not loaded, estimated costs remain unknown instead of using bootstrap prices. A failed initial load offers a retry; a failed refresh retains the last configured rate with a stale-data warning. Odometers prefer recorded drive endpoints, with telemetry fallback shown in the energy evidence; an ongoing drive shows its latest reading instead of claiming a final endpoint. Direct section links lead to the journey and route, energy and cost evidence, supervised-driving observations, synchronized telemetry charts, physics, and diagnostics without hiding panels. Each section keeps its own missing-data or error presentation. Share, print, and replay remain available; optional Helix sections retain their AI opt-in gates. Section links scroll the report without moving the application header. Journey endpoints wrap within the available width rather than clipping the destination on a phone or narrow desktop panel.

Vehicle-history comparisons use completed drives and recorded energy, not SOC-based battery-capacity guesses. The existing statistics response's km and kmh fields contain metric values, with display conversion and rounding applied by the frontend. Missing speed, efficiency, or regeneration evidence remains unknown rather than zero; the regeneration ratio requires complete recorded energy coverage. CO2 savings remain a distance-based estimate. Comparison indicators treat floating-point-only differences between equivalent measured values as unchanged; real changes and exact count differences retain their direction.

Possible road-surface anomalies

Open a drive and expand Road-surface anomalies to review potential jolts. Analysis reads that drive's historical speed, acceleration, and GPS observations; it does not change Fleet Telemetry ingestion or issue any vehicle commands. A candidate is not a confirmed pothole: Tesla Fleet Telemetry does not expose a direct vertical acceleration or suspension-travel measurement, and a road seam, speed bump, or driving maneuver may look similar. A quiet result does not mean the road is pothole-free. Sparse or stale acceleration/GPS samples cannot establish an impact and are reported as insufficient evidence rather than guessed. Treat candidate locations as approximate, not turn-by-turn navigation or an automated road-hazard alert. Accuracy cannot be quantified without labeled, independently measured road-impact data.
